A really cute little print, perfect as a friendship token or for a loved one in your life. These are inspired by the Caroni swamp in Trinidad, where I spent my formative childhood years.

This original mini print features 4 Flamingo birds with heads forming hearts.

These birds are printed onto a thick 350gsm textured Blush hand made paper using a hand carved block in a pink ombre. The paper is made in the UK by laurenink using a mould and deckle giving it a lovely feathery edge. It is made from plant fibres and reclaimed rag and is dyed using colour extracted from botanicals.

The paper is 13 cm by 17.5 cm and the image is 10.5 cm by 12 cm.

As each print is hand printed there are variations in the colour intensity, darkness and depth of each print. As the paper is handmade there may be speckles or mottling of plant matter. This is what makes each piece unique and is a feature of my hand printed art.

This print is signed and comes from an edition of 10.

All prints are packaged with a recycled cardboard backing and in a compostable clear sleeve.
